If you love peanut butter, than you will love these flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
Now, I’m not a fan of peanut butter, especially smooth peanut butter, which just happens to be what everyone else in this house loves. Occasionally, I will purchase a jar of crunchy peanut butter, but then end up having to get rid of most of it, as I just don’t eat it that much.
These quick and easy to make biscuits are also a great way to introduce children to cooking. They will learn about measuring, separating egg yolks and egg whites and are able to drop TBSPs of mixture onto a baking tray instead of rolling in balls and flattening.
