We love to have bbq’s and salads for tea during the hotter months. Our boys love to eat vegetables raw. They don’t eat many vegetables that are cooked, so we find that they tend to eat lots of salads.
This coleslaw recipe was quick and easy to make in our bellini.
- 70 g celery
- 500 g cabbage
- 50 g carrot
- 150 g capsicum
- 1 red apple
- Place all ingredients except for the mayonnaise in the bowl of the Bellini. I used the sharp/chopping blade. Chop SP5, 10 secs. Scrape down the sides and chop again SP5, 5 secs. You may need to do this again depending on how you like your coleslaw.
- Pour coleslaw into a serving bowl and add mayonnaise then stir. I used 3-4 TBSP of mayonnaise.
