This chocolate fudge slice is something that I have been making for a long time now. Everyone loves it, especially with the delicious chocolate icing.
 

Chocolate Fudge Slice

 
This delicious chocolate fudge slice can be cut into pieces, wrapped and frozen for up to one month. It is a great little snack with a hot drink for morning and afternoon tea.

Servings 30 slices

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup SR Flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 125 g melted butter
  • 2 TBSP cocoa
  • 1 egg
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions
 

  • Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and combine.
  • Add melted butter and combine.
  • Add egg and combine.
  • Press into a greased slice pan and bake for 12 minutes in a moderate oven.
  • Ice with chocolate icing while warm and sprinkle with extra coconut.
