Chocolate Cheesecake

This cheesecake slice is so easy to make and is a great dessert for a meal with friends or to take to a dinner, or to binge on while hubby is at work. You can cut the slices as big or small as you would like, depending on the amount of people who will be in attendance.

The base is made first, then the cheesecake filling is made.

Finally, the chocolate is melted and swirled through the cheesecake layer.

You could also replace the gelatine with jelly crystals, which would also add more colour to this slice as well as a delicious flavour, depending on what flavoured jelly mixture you use – orange, lemon, strawberry or lime. Yum!
