Do you remember the first time you read the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? Have you read Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator (the sequel) too? The original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory dvd was very good to watch. As our boys love to read, I decided it was time to introduce them to Charlie Bucket and his grandfather, Willy Wonka and the other kids who also won a gold ticket.
First published in 1964, this story follows the adventures of a young boy, Charlie Bucket and his grandfather as they tour the inside of the chocolate factory in their town that is owned by a rather eccentric chocolatier, Willy Wonka. The sequel, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator was published in 1972 and continues on the story of Charlie and Willy Wonka.
