We have always encouraged reading in our house and I have always read books to our boys before they went to bed since they were a few months old. Their room has always been stocked with a variety of books from classics to modern day books, both non-fiction and fiction, waiting for our boys to pick them up and read. I remember walking into our boys room on many occasions to find one boy lying on his bed reading a book and the other one, sitting on the windowsill, reading a different book. Our boys are still enjoying reading and we are having a constant struggle of finding good books for them to enjoy. In this list of 60+ Books Your Kids Should Read, we own and have read most of them and enjoyed them all immensely.
