These Air Fryer Salty Kale Chips taste great when served straight after they have been cooked. They are a great, healthy alternative snack too!
Air Fryer Salty Kale Chips
All you need to make these delicious kale chips is an air-fryer, a bunch of kale, olive oil and salt, though you don’t need to add the salt if you don’t want to.
While cooking these chips, remember that kale can burn very easily, so cook in short bursts of 1 minute at a time to make sure they crispy and slightly golden brown, not burnt. This is a small batch of kale chips as we find they are great and crispy straight after cooking and can go soggy and not so lovely after sitting for a time. With how easy it is to make these chips, you can whip up a small batch anytime you are feeling hungry. If you are feeding a large crowd of more than about 2-3 people, you can double or triple the recipe.
