With the start of June, the temperature here has dropped drastically and the cold is starting to make its way into our house. One of the best ways to boost our immune system is to diffuse essential oils around the house. Here are 30 diffuser combinations that will help you combat and increase your immune system this winter.

I like to change up things a bit, so here is a variety of 30 different essential oil combinations that can be used for immune support, coughs, congestion and to help you breathe easy.

I have created a printable pack that is able to be downloaded (see below) that contains all 30 recipes that you can print out, laminate and keep to refer to when needed.

Some Essential Oils that Help for Colds and Flus:

Melaleuca Essential Oil – can destroy airborne pathogens that cause allergies and viruses.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil – is an antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and decongestant which makes it great for treating respiratory problems such as cough, cold, runny nose, asthma, sore throat, nasal congestion, bronchitis and sinusitis.

Lavender Essential Oil  – can help loosen up the phlegm, relieve the congestion, help with the recovery process and help the body eliminate unwanted material.

Peppermint Essential Oil – helps to clear the respiratory tract.

Thyme Essential Oil  – helps cure infections that cause cough and cold and drains congestion.

Lemon Essential Oil  – has a high vitamin content, which helps boost the body’s immune system. It can also stimulate white blood cells which increases your ability to fight off diseases.
